The thatched cottage area not only includes Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac's house but also neighbors' houses, all of which were restored on the old ground with similar architecture and materials to ensure originality. These buildings, with simple thatched roofs and many bamboo rows surrounding them, remind of the image of a Vietnamese village. Coming here, everyone can sign up for a voiceover. The narrators here all speak with a unique local accent and the voiceovers are very inspiring.

Regarding the memorial area, there is an area displaying many historical memorabilia related to Ho Chi Minh's revolutionary life. In the memorial area, there is a statue of Ho Chi Minh placed in a solemn, cozy space.
